Recommendations for use
Before applying the nail polish, always use a specific Pupa base to protect the nail and increase the hold of the nail polish.
Apply Neon Party in 2 coats, leaving it to dry perfectly between one coat and the other.
To increase the durability of the nail polish, spread the color also on the final edge of the nail.
Perfect when worn alone and surprising when used to create a mix and match manicure.
