“Rostil Max is a drug containing calcium dobesilate monohydrate (Calcii dobesilas monohydricus). Each tablet contains 500 mg of active substance indicated for the treatment of symptoms of chronic venous circulation insufficiency of the lower limbs, varicose veins of the lower limbs. The preparation can also be used for the symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoids. Rostil Max increases the tension of the vein walls, which prevents stasis and clots in the veins. It also increases collagen synthesis, reduces plasma viscosity, increasing its flow through peripheral tissues. By sealing the vessels in the lymphatic system, it reduces swelling, which ultimately leads to the disappearance of pain and the feeling of heaviness in the limbs. Indications
