Recommended use
Inhalation – add 2 to 8 drops of the natural composition to the aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on its intensity and the size of the room.
Massage oil for body and massage can be prepared by mixing 7 to 45 drops with 50 ml of vegetable oil.
