Special warnings and precautions: If there is no therapeutic effect after 3 days of use, further use of the preparation should be consulted with a doctor. Do not use for longer than 7 – 10 days. Long-term use may lead to addiction associated with secondary intestinal atony. In case of mild constipation, a change of diet is recommended first, followed by swelling agents with a mild laxative effect, and only if they are ineffective, an infusion of senna leaves should be used.
