Solpadeine is recommended for the rapid relief of moderate pain (rheumatic pain, headache, migraine, neuralgia, toothache, sore throat, pain due to sinusitis and dental procedures, such as tooth extraction, menstrual and muscle pain), high fever and other symptoms colds and flu.
Dosage and method of administration
Recommended dosage:
Adults, including those over 60 years of age, and children 12 years of age and older:
one (1) to two (2) tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
Children 12 years and older:
One (1) tablet every 4–6 hours as needed.
Solpadeine soluble tablets are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Contraindications

Do not take this medicine if:
you are allergic (hypersensitivity) to the active substance and/or any of the excipients;
you have difficulty breathing;
you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
