Indications
Local treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
Polycresulene contained in the drug has a selective effect on proteins of necrotic and diseased tissues. It does not affect healthy tissue. The acidic reaction of the drug destroys bacteria.

Dosage
ALBOTHYL is used vaginally. Depending on the severity of symptoms, 1 globule a day or every other day.
Pessaries should be used at night.
To facilitate administration, the globule can be moistened with water and then inserted deep into the vagina.
(Each globule comes with a special one-fingered “glove”.)
Before inserting the pessary, you should lie on your back.
Using sanitary napkins allows you to avoid getting your underwear and bedding dirty.
The globules should be used until the symptoms disappear, but no longer than 9 days (usually before the end of using a single package containing 6 globules).
