Paraguayan holly leaf / mint 25%, peppermint leaf 25%, blackberry leaves, licorice root 10%, lemon verbena 10%) lemon grass, rooibos.

Recommended dosage and use
It is recommended to drink 5 to 6 cups a day.
Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the bag and let it infuse in a covered container for 8 minutes. Always use a new tea bag to prepare a quality drink.
