The drug dilutes deposited secretions and makes them easier to expectorate. Drops can be used in children over 2 years of age.

The active ingredient of the drug is Bromhexine hydrochloride (Bromhexini hydrochloridum).
1 ml of solution – 20 drops contains 2 mg of bromhexine hydrochloride.
excipients: propyl parahydroxybenzoate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, ethanol 96%, hydrochloric acid 0.1 N, purified water.
dosage

Administer drops orally at regular intervals after meals.
