Thera-Band strengthening rubber is an extremely effective tool with which you can exercise your whole body. It is used in rehabilitation< and i=3>, when exercising at home, but also in fitness centers in training programs.
It is very compact, so you can easily take it with you everywhere and exercise at work, or in the park or on the beach.
Thera-Band has several color variations. Each color represents a different level of difficulty. This allows you to progress up the color scale in your training as your fitness increases.
Degrees of difficulty in exercise
The weakest booster from the color scale is beige, followed by yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and the strongest booster is gold. Each tier is 25% stronger than the previous tier. There is a 40% increase in power between the black, silver and gold boosters.
