✅ What is Thomapyrin INTENSIVE

Thomapyrin INTENSIVE is a pharmaceutical preparation that combines three active ingredients:

• 250 mg Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA — aspirin)

• 250 mg Paracetamol (general painkiller / antipyretic)

• 50 mg Caffeine — enhances the speed of pain relief

This combination is intended for mild to moderate pain, especially headaches, tension-type headaches, and migraines.

It can also be used for toothache, menstrual pain, and headaches associated with flu or infections (as a short-term / emergency relief).

📋 Form / Dosage

• Each tablet contains 250 mg ASA + 250 mg paracetamol + 50 mg caffeine.

• Recommended dose for adults and children 12 years and older: 1–2 tablets at a time, if necessary, repeat every 4–8 hours.

• Maximum daily dose: 6 tablets / 24 hours.

• Tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid. Do not chew or take dry.

⚠️ Precautions and Contraindications

Thomapyrin INTENSIVE should not be taken if you:

• Are allergic to ASA / paracetamol / caffeine or any tablet components.

• Have gastrointestinal issues such as ulcers, bleeding, or inflammation, gastritis, or history of ulcers/bleeding.

• Have severe liver or kidney problems, serious heart disease, or other major health conditions.

• While the medicine is approved for children 12 years and older, use in children or adolescents should only be under medical supervision.

Additional advice: The medicine should not be used continuously or in higher-than-recommended doses without medical advice, especially if pain is frequent.

• If pain does not improve even after taking the correct dose.

• If there are signs of gastrointestinal problems (discomfort, vomiting, bleeding, stomach pain).

• If you frequently need painkillers — long-term use may damage the liver, kidneys, or intestines.

• If you have chronic conditions or are taking other medications (especially antibiotics, heart medicines, blood thinners / anticoagulants / antiplatelets).
