Composition of the product
Flaxseed oil 100% 99.5 ml, alpha-tocopherol 500 mg (vitamin E) per 100 ml of product. A daily dose of 5 ml contains 4.975 ml of flaxseed oil and 25 mg of vitamin E (equivalent to 208% of the recommended intake).
Recommended dosage
1 teaspoon 1-3 times a day (i.e. 5-15 ml).
