area of use
The device is intended for non-invasive measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, determination of pulse rate and calculation of pulse pressure in adults.

The device uses the oscillometric method to measure blood pressure and pulse. The cuff is connected to the device and put on the arm. The sensor measures the small pressure fluctuations created by the expansion and contraction of the arteries with each heartbeat. The amplitude of the pressure waves is measured, converted to millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and displayed as a digital value.
