It contains three active ingredients:
Paracetamol, a widely known pain reliever (analgesic). It is effective for pain, including headaches and sore throats, and may also reduce fever (antipyretic).
Guaifenesin (an expectorant) thins mucus, thereby helping to relieve a productive cough.
Phenylephrine hydrochloride (nasal decongestant) reduces swelling of the nasal airways and therefore clears a stuffy nose.
The cold drink should only be taken if you have pain or fever, a runny nose and a productive cough.
This medicine should not be taken if you
hypersensitive to paracetamol, guaifenesin, phenylephrine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients.
