Dosage and method of administration
Recommended dosage:
Adults: 2 sprays in each nostril up to 3-4 times a day.
Children: 1 spray in each nostril up to 3-4 times a day.

Remove the protective cap.
Keeping your head straight, insert the nozzle into your nostrils.
Press the base of the nozzle twice (for 2 sprays). The sprayer should be held vertically during use.
