Inhalation One of the easiest and at the same time the most effective ways of aromatherapy. All you need is an aroma lamp, a diffuser or a tissue and a ceramic plate. Add 2-8 drops of essential oil to the water (depending on the size of the room and the desired intensity of the scent). The heat releases volatile essential oils that perfume the room. Another option is to add a few drops of essential oil to a container of water and place it on the radiator. For inhalation, add 1-2 drops of essential oil to a container of warm water and stir. Cover your head with a towel and inhale through your nose or mouth. Massage Essential oils multiply the beneficial effects of vegetable oils on the skin. To prepare your own body or massage oil, mix the essential oil according to the dosage overview below with 50 ml of cold-pressed vegetable oil. We recommend always starting with a lower number of drops of essential oil and adding gradually. Dosage in 50 ml of vegetable oil: For an adult without health problems – 3% dilution, i.e. max. 45 drops of essential oil During pregnancy and for children from 6 years old – 1% dilution, i.e. max. 15 drops of essential oil During pregnancy, essential oils can help the expectant mother feel good, but some are not recommended at all. Mix 3-10 drops of essential oil in 1 dcl of milk, a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, add the resulting mixture to the bath and then you can let yourself be soothed by a relaxing procedure that embraces your body and mind. Cladding You can easily make a poultice by mixing approximately 5 drops of essential oil with a spoonful of vegetable oil, then pour the mixture into a container with water of the desired temperature. Soak a cotton handkerchief in it and place it on the necessary place. Cover with a dry cloth. Aromatherapy offers really wide possibilities of use and there are no limits to your creativity. Fragrant cleaning Mix 1 cup of boiled water, 1/2 cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of baking soda, add 20 drops of essential oil with antibacterial effects. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and store in a cool, dark place. Shake the mixture before each use, then simply apply to a sponge and use as a regular cleaner. Car fragrance or aroma jewellery Make your own aroma jewelry with the help of unvarnished wooden beads. Carefully drip a drop of your favorite essential oil onto one of the beads from the bottom and create a wooden necklace, bracelet or car diffuser. After it wears off, you can choose a completely different scent and apply again. Original perfume By mixing organic vegetable oil with a drop of 100% natural essential oil, you can easily create a unique natural perfume that pleasantly stimulates, soothes or arouses passion.
