Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 dose of Weleda build-up lime 1 in the morning and 1 dose of Weleda build-up lime 2 in the evening with some liquid (1 dose corresponds to approx. 0.2 g powder, which is measured using the dosing recess on the top of the screw cap).
