The iron molecule is covered by calcium so that it does not open until after passing through the stomach. In this way, common side effects such as constipation, nausea and heartburn are avoided. Compiron does not leave a metallic taste in the mouth, and can be mixed into all types of food and drink, including milk products. Compiron has a natural taste of fruit and berries and has no added sugar.

How to use the product:
Compiron can be given from 6 months. age. Note: Iron should only be given after iron deficiency has been proven by a doctor! Children (0.5-14 years): Dosage for children is recommended by the authorities at 1-3 mg per kg body weight. A child of 10 kg should therefore have 10 – 30 mg of iron daily. Compiron has 5 mg/ml. For a child of 10 kg, this means 2-6 ml/day. Adults over 14 years: 5 ml daily (25 mg iron). Shake before use. The daily dose should not be exceeded.
