Actigra Forte contains the active substance sildenafil, which belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. The medicine works by helping the blood vessels in the penis relax, increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. Actigra Forte helps to achieve an erection only after sexual stimulation.
