Recommended use
To activate protein synthesis and improve muscle recovery, take 1 scoop of AMINOCORE™ during strength training or other athletic events. AMINOCORE™ can be taken on an empty stomach at any time on non-training days. 1 scoop (10.5 g) with a 17 oz. (approx. 500 ml) bottle of water or a tall glass of water (2 cups). Shake or stir well.
