Dioscomb film-coated tablets contain the flavonoids disomin and hesperidin, which are obtained from the blood orange (Citrus aurantium) and have particularly good bioavailability thanks to micronization. Dioscomb film-coated tablets are particularly suitable for the treatment of chronic venous diseases and acute hemorrhoidal problems. The preparation reduces venous distensibility and vascular permeability, thereby reducing venous blood congestion. In addition, it causes increased capillary resistance and thus prevents edema.
