Contraindications
When not to use Gripex Hot:

if you are allergic to the active substances or sympathomimetic amines or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine;
if you have the following conditions: unstable coronary heart disease, heart rhythm disturbances, high blood pressure, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and methemoglobin reductase, severe liver or kidney failure, viral hepatitis, alcoholism, phenylketonuria, angle-closure glaucoma, anatomically narrow drainage angle ;
during the use of MAO inhibitors and within 2 weeks after the abolition of these drugs;
when taking zidovudine (a drug for the treatment of HIV infection);
in children under 12 years of age.
Side effects
Like all medicines, Gripex Hot can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.

Possible side effects:

From the skin and subcutaneous tissue: allergic reactions (itching, urticaria);
disorders of the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions up to symptoms of anaphylactic shock (manifested by impaired consciousness, pallor of the skin, drop in blood pressure, sweating, excretion of a small amount of urine, increased respiration, edema);
gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, vomiting, indigestion, epigastric burning, dry mouth;
disorders of the circulatory system: increased blood pressure, tachycardia (palpitations), arrhythmias, pallor of the skin;
respiratory system, thoracic and mediastinal disorders: respiratory disorders, asthma attack
disorders of the kidneys and urinary tract: urinary disorders, renal colic, necrosis of the renal papillae;
disorders of the nervous system, anxiety, insomnia;
mental disorders: hallucinations, anxiety, nervousness;
From the blood and lymphatic system: granulocytopenia (decrease in the number of one type of leukocytes in the blood), agranulocytosis (lack of one type of leukocytes in the blood), thrombocytopenia (decrease in the number of platelets).
