Horsetail lowers blood pressure in the body and helps fight atherosclerosis. It replenishes the deficiency of microelements, has a positive effect on the condition of connective tissue and bones, helps stop bleeding (recommended for heavy periods) and supports liver function. It is also helpful in neuralgia and arthritic pain.
Suggested preparation method:
Pour a glass of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the herb and steep for about 10-15 minutes. Strain.
Drink warm, fresh infusion twice a day.
