Linola Protective Balm (pack size: 50 ml) can be used preventively or soothingly. Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected areas of the skin once a day or as needed. For adults, a strand of cream about 2 cm long is usually enough for this purpose. Of course, more can be used if necessary.

During physical activity (eg running, cycling, horse riding, rowing) it is recommended to use it before exercise.
For infants, the balm should be applied “front and back” after each diaper change.
If you have urinary incontinence or bladder weakness, apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected areas of the skin after cleansing or washing your face; reapplication is recommended. The same goes for skin irritations caused by menstruation.
Of course, Linol protective balm can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
