Orthomol Nemuri Night (pack size: 15X10 g) is a dietary supplement. It contains, among other things, melatonin, lemon balm extract, hop extract, glycine and L-tryptophan. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect occurs with an intake of 1 mg melatonin shortly before going to bed. Melatonin helps alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag. The positive effect occurs with an intake of 0.5 mg melatonin on the first day of travel just before going to bed and on the first few days after arrival at the destination.
