Indications for use:

consequences of stroke, traumatic brain injury, old age, manifested attention and/or memory disorders, decreased intellectual abilities, anxiety, fear, sleep disturbance;
dementia, incl. for Alzheimer’s disease;
to improve memory and attention in young people;
neurosensory disorders (dizziness, tinnitus, hypoacusis), age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy;
asthenic conditions: psychogenic, neurotic, caused by traumatic brain injury;
disorders of peripheral circulation and microcirculation, incl. arteriopathy of the lower extremities, Raynaud’s syndrome.
You should check with your doctor before taking this medicine. The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Take the medication with liquid (such as 1 glass of water). You should be standing or sitting upright when ingesting. The length of treatment depends on your specific disease.

In case of overdose, it can cause gastrointestinal problems, headaches and allergic skin reactions. Contact your doctor immediately if you suspect an overdose.
If you miss a dose, continue taking the drug as usual at the next scheduled time (but do not take twice as much).

The dosage prescribed by your doctor may differ from the information on the package insert. Since the doctor prescribes the drug individually, taking into account your characteristics, age, weight and other data, you must use the medicine in accordance with its prescription.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Increased tendency to bleed. Epilepsy
Children and adolescents under 18 years of age – the drug should not be used in this age group in general. Pregnancy – the medicine should not be used.
Lactation – based on existing experience, the drug is not recommended during breastfeeding. Weaning may be worth considering.
If you are prescribed a medication despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist because the therapeutic benefit may be greater than the risk of using it if it is contraindicated.

Side effects have been described for this drug, which until now have only occurred in exceptional cases. If you notice any disturbances, overdose or changes during treatment, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Side effects that occur in at least one in 1000 patients treated are primarily taken into account to obtain information at this stage.

– Beware of allergies to binders (eg carboxymethylcellulose number E 466)!

– Be careful with lactose intolerance. Beware of lactose intolerance. If you need to follow a diabetic diet, you must consider the sugar content. There may be medications with which there are interactions. Therefore, before starting treatment with a new medicine, you should tell your doctor or pharmacist about any other medicine you are already using. This also applies to medications that you buy yourself, use only occasionally, or have used for some time.
