excipients: lactose, monohydrate; magnesium stearate;
capsule shell composition: gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171), indigo carmine (E 132), quinoline yellow (E 104).

The main physical and chemical properties: hard gelatin capsules of cylindrical shape with hemispherical ends, the body of the capsule is white, the cap is green. The contents of the capsule are a light brown powder with a pleasant smell. Dark and light colors are allowed.

Clinical characteristics.
Indication.
Adults are prescribed for prevention and in complex treatment:
– dyscirculatory encephalopathy with disorders of attention, memory, perception, and reduced intellectual capacity;
– at the initial stage of Alzheimer’s disease;
– neurosensory disorders: cochleovestibular syndrome (tinnitus, hypoacusis, dizziness);
– diabetic retinopathy;
– arteriopathy of the lower extremities (pain when walking, trophic disorders);
– Raynaud’s syndrome.
Contraindication.
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug. Nephrolithiasis, thrombophlebitis, disorders of iron or copper metabolism, severe kidney function disorders, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage, gout, hyperuricemia.
Method of application and dosage.
Adults are prescribed 1 capsule 3 times a day. It is taken while eating, drinking
½ cup of water. The course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually and usually amounts to
1-3 months twice a year. The beginning of the therapeutic effect occurs after 7 days of treatment. The most pronounced effect is observed 3 weeks after taking the drug.
Children.
Do not apply to children.
Overdose.
Symptoms: possible increase in adverse reactions, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, impaired kidney function, allergic rashes on the skin, itching, headache, increased excitability, impaired consciousness.
With long-term use of high doses, anorexia, disturbances in the activity of liver enzymes, paresthesias, increased sweating, arterial hypotension, hyperuricemia, and a feeling of heat may occur.
Treatment: it is necessary to induce vomiting. The therapy is symptomatic.

2 years.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.
