Properties of ingredients
Lactobifid contains over 5 billion bacteria (8 different strains) in 1 capsule. The bacterial strains contained in the product are part of the intestinal flora. Fructo-oligosaccharides are also present in the product components, which can serve as a substrate for bifidobacteria in the large intestine.
Recommended daily intake
Children over 3 years of age, adolescents, adults: 1 capsule a day, during or 30 minutes after a meal, preferably in the morning.
