Recommended use
As a dietary supplement, mix each spoonful with 300-420 ml of water (depending on taste) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 spoon during training and 1 spoon after training. On non-training days, consume 2 spoonfuls throughout the day. For best results, take two scoops daily.
