UrgoTul Absorb Border présente tous les avantages d’une couche TLC et de bords auto-adhésifs en silicone (milieu humide, résultats de cicatrisation optimaux, retrait sans douleur et sans traumatisme). TLC (Lipid Colloidal Technology) est une technologie brevetée et innovante qui comprend une combinaison unique de polymères et de molécules hydrocolloïdes pour permettre un retrait indolore et sans traumatisme des pansements pour les patients et favoriser la guérison.
Au contact de l’exsudat de la plaie, ces particules forment un gel et créent un milieu humide favorable au processus de cicatrisation, qui permet le bon fonctionnement des cellules clés impliquées dans le processus de réparation (fibroblastes, kératinocytes, macrophages). Ainsi, UrgoTul Absorb Border permet d’obtenir des résultats de cicatrisation optimaux.
L’efficacité de la TLC a été démontrée dans plusieurs essais cliniques impliquant plus de 36 000 patients.
L’insert absorbant en mousse PU et la couche très absorbante du pansement UrgoTul Absorb Border absorbent l’excès d’exsudat pour éviter la macération. Le bandage peut être utilisé sous un bandage compressif si une telle procédure est indiquée.
La base imperméable d’UrgoTul Absorb Border est douce, très confortable et non occlusive, ce qui permet au pansement de bien adhérer aux plaies de formes diverses et évite la pénétration de liquide et de bactéries dans le pansement. Une perméabilité élevée aux gaz empêche la macération des tissus, ce qui entraîne l’élimination de l’excès d’exsudat.
Le bandage s’étire également lorsque le patient bouge pour plus de confort. Le ruban adhésif en silicone assure un bon ajustement du pansement, la possibilité de changer facilement le lieu d’application du pansement, et est également très bien toléré par la peau. Le bord auto-adhésif rend inutile la fixation supplémentaire du bandage.
Le pansement est transparent, de sorte que la quantité d’exsudat peut être contrôlée directement, ce qui vous permet de changer le pansement uniquement lorsque cela est nécessaire.
