Ingredients
The active ingredient is inosine pranobex (Inosinum pranobexum).
1 tablet contains 500 mg of inosine pranobex (a complex containing inosine and 2-hydroxypropyldimethylammonium-4-acetamidobenzoate in a molar ratio of 1:3).
Excipients: potato starch, povidone K-25, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Always use this product exactly in accordance with the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended dose for adults and 65 years of age is 50 mg/kg of body weight per day. The usual daily dose is 6 tablets (3 g) a day (ie 2 tablets 3 times a day). The maximum daily dose is 8 tablets (4 g) per day (ie 2 tablets 4 times a day).
For children older than 1 year, the dose of alecana is 50 mg/kg of body weight per day, administered in several divided doses.
The tablet is administered orally with a sufficient amount of liquid. For children who cannot swallow tablets, it is recommended to administer the medicine in the form of syrup.
The duration of treatment is 5-14 days, after the disappearance of the symptoms, the drug must be administered for another 1-2 days.

Groprinosin has immunostimulating and antiviral properties.
Indication
The drug is indicated for adjuvant use in people with reduced immunity, in recurrent infections of the upper respiratory tract and in the treatment of cold sores on the lips and face caused by the herpes simplex virus in people who have been diagnosed with this virus. in the past.
